Call for Submissions

TCB CAFE Publishing & Media LLC and The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL announce The INDIE FOOD CHANNEL Competition & Film Festival 2006. Many of the programs featured on the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL are selected via an international competition of independently produced and local cooking shows, short films, interviews, demonstrations and documentaries. The winners of this competition are awarded Finalist and Category commendations, and are also included on the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL. These programs are aired in selected television markets nationwide as part of the INDIE FOOD CHANNEL programming lineup.

The categories for entries are:

• A. One-Minute Video
  (1. Produce a Great Recipe in a 1-2 Minute Video, or
  2. Take Us on a Tour of Your Really, Really Horrible Kitchen
  Videos must be under two minutes in length)
• B. Chocolate Television
  (Demonstrate Your Favorite Chocolate Recipe. Video must be 2-7 minutes in length)
• C. General Cooking Demonstration
• D. Food & Romance, or Food & Fashion
• E. Travel
• F. Desserts
• G. Wine & Beverages
• H. Short Film or Documentary*
